My proudest #finishorfrogalong make! It's the Skylark by Read Heart Yarns and is available through Stitchbook.org. I changed the gauge from 28 stitches to 24 and it fits perfectly. The seaming was my least favorite part. #knitting #vintageknitting

In the alternate reality I’m currently living in, #finishorfrogalong is still running, so today I finished #knitting these socks.
Yarn is Regia Tutti Frutti Papaya.
I’m still trying to find a heel pattern I like, these were made with a German short row boomerang heel, which I’m not a fan of because it was full of gaps I had to sew up at the end.
My next heel experiment will be a pair for my wife using the famous Fish Lips Kiss Heel.

Taking a break from my remaining #FinishOrFrogAlong list for October, and casting on something new that I just got the sudden urge for.
Because I'm just that kind of person, I guess 🤷♀️

Blocking my now finished cardigan! At the start of the Finish Or Frog Along, this was without arms, now it'll be wearable once it's dried and I snip off the loose ends.
I always leave the ends long until after blocking, I hope that they settle into place and will stay put.
The pattern is Fine Sand by Heidi Kirrmaier, I'm looking forward to wearing this.

@consumablejoy I finished my cardigan today! Got the second sleeve cast off at knit group, just need to wash it and darn in a couple of ends and I can finally wear my cardigan! Thank you for the push to get this one done.

A small sweater-related setback... but I decided that I'd rather spend a few days re-knitting than years not wanting to wear a sweater with weirdly angled shaping lines.
The solution was found in this video, which I've timestamped to the relevant part, because it's 40 minutes long :) She shows an example of what it looks like if you try to work the typical bottom-up directions from the top down (which is what I did), and then what it should look like if it's done properly (which is what I'm about to do).

Had a great time joining #FinishOrFrogAlong this year. While I only finished 1 project and frogged 0 that one was an albatross that had been nagging at me for 4 years now so all in all I’m calling it a win. 🏆

Fully finishing this was part of my #finishorfrogalong goals! As shown the goal was achieved. The pattern is Antlers in Bloom by Haunted Frames, switch the colors for something I prefer. DMC 504, DMC 333 and DMC 155 #crossstitch

It basically helped me uncluttered my studio, and cleared my head because I frogged some wip's. But most of all it got me back into #knitting! -
