I bought the furniture last November. I built the furniture in December. I spent the next six months modeling the custom hangers, and today I published all the 3D printed parts to Printables. Done done. Hooray!

all finished except the cleaning up, just in time for Pride Month!
i spent some time outside working on my embroidery with SIL while she worked on her laptop. it was nice, quiet, and so lovely to spend some time in her vicinity without the teens around.
now I've got to wash it in some cold water to get rid of the blue guide, and see how it looks. I will probably end up using tiny couching stitches to pull down the sideways stitches that won't lay flat - hopefully I can make them not-visible? if not, either I'll deal with it, or rip them out and leave as is. we'll see.
done in reverse chain stitch, 6 strand DMC in #818. the last three stitches at the end are 3 strand back stitches.

Since I posted this drawing to Patreon, I've been busy working on a website for the chapbook, figuring out fundraising ideas, and talking to the printer. I'm thinking of offering this particular drawing as a print — what do you think? Wouldn't this crow look great on your wall? *I* think so!
I'm both over-the-top excited to finally be done, and utterly at a loss for how to celebrate. Isn't that weird? So I'm trying to do that at least a little bit right here, right now. I made a Really Cool Thing! I still have to *get it out into the world* — but I made The Thing, and it's beautiful, and I'm proud. /1 -
