It's a gracefully aging Kabinett style. It's hardly one of their upscale offerings, but it shows well at age 10. Sturdy & deep, it has dried peach notes, but the fruit is wrapped around the acidity, both helping to submerge the sugar, which has moderated.This is a bit subdued now for a semi-dry, but still holding well. It's a good time to drink it. Under $20. 11.5% alc.
