Im Rahmen des Projektes #FINDHR haben verschiedene Organisationen (@algorithmwatch_ch, @Radboud_uni, @utrechtuniversity …) zusammen Empfehlungen für den Umgang damit ausgearbeitet, um #Fairness zu garantieren und #Diskriminierung zu vermeiden.

#Discrimination through AI in recruitment is a lose-lose scenario that cannot be solved on a technical level alone. ☝️
In order to prevent discrimination by AI-based recruiting systems, we worked with an interdisciplinary European consortium from academia, industry, and civil society (#FINDHR) to develop solutions that counteract this type of discrimination and therefore developed specific recommendations for policymakers: https://findhr.eu/toolkit/policy-makers/

As part of the EU Horizon Project #FINDHR, @algorithmwatch_ch has been working with an European consortium from academia, industry, and civil society to develop solutions to counter #AlgorithmicDiscrimination in hiring.
💢 This interdisciplinary approach is essential. Algorithmic discrimination does not arise solely at the technical level, nor can it be solved there alone. The social, cultural and political context in which a system is developed and used must also be taken into account.
