Anyone out there using the #finch app?

Trying to be a little bit more deliberate about #selfcare and was put up to it by a friend.

Today was the first day using it, and while it's difficult to point fingers at the exact reason, things felt better(?).

Mutual goals fit well into a sort of 'body-doubling' slot, too, and that's nice.

Finally did the Finch challenge to make a playlist of my week

Weird how many relevant Final Fantasy VII tracks I got in there:

Buried in the Snow
Anxious Heart
Chasing the Black-Caped Man
J-E-N-O-V-A

(Those last two were related a D&D adventure, but still surprisingly relevant!)

Super fun exercise to make the playlist! Had a blast and I should totally do it again.

There's a pretty neat app called #FinchApp that does #gamification for #taskManagement / #organizing / #selfcare stuff.

It helps me keep track of what I should be posting when and where and reminds me of some of the things I need to do. All while sharing #todo items with people.

#FinchCares is a #PublicBenefitCorporation and the application is gratis. I've paid for it because it's useful and I wanted more vanity items. lol

It's not stressful or overly gamified fwiw!

This look on the Finch wellness app got away from me somewhere between the heart sunglasses and the baseball bat, I think.

If I ever show up to a party this way, it is a cry for help and definitely take the bat away.

For those skeptical of paying for the app, I don't think subscribing to 'finch plus' is necessary unless you want extra outfits and furniture for your pet. It seems all the task-oriented features are included in the free version.
