Once again, the library is packed (and, on this level at least, very noisy).

I can't believe the college makes students take finals on Saturdays and Sundays.

Also, now that I've learned to collect books for the hold shelf, this is a VERY physical job.

Or at least some of it is. My fellow staff member is out sick, so I'm on the circ desk from 9:30 to 2.

Google chromebook / classroom issues. Like down / not working / students can't log in / students get kicked off. District wide.

Any time really, but especially the last week of the semester.

I spent over 40 hours volunteering at my son's elementary school this week, on top of finals. Being too busy to think means being too busy to worry. 🙃

Still waiting for the one I was most concerned about to be graded, but I *think* I kept my goal GPA.

Well that was a brutal final. I hate when I run out of time before I run out of words. I should be elated to be on winter break, but I'm just emotionally burnt from... you know, all the things.

It's #FinalsWeek and I'm supposed to be finishing a 10 page legal document (for class/ law school) that I haven't even started🥴 I haven't been this #demotivated in ages.

All I want to do is scroll my feed for happenings in the #UK #EU #Africa and other places that I usually only got to to read about on Reuters or Al Jazeera, as an #American . I once owned a FB page that had a modest worldwide reach (FB early days) & am loving my algorithm-free ability to find global connections here too
