As best as I can I can tell, as I type, the Home Secretary had 45 mins to lodge her appeal b/c as Judge Stearn indicated by Feb 20t
#PalestineAction proscription will be lifted.

The ban remains in force pending an appeal. So up to 2,787 people still face onerous bail restrictions

In August 2024, these sweethearts broke into the facilities of Elbit Systems an Israeli arms maker in the UK and rekt their shit! Jury Nullification, baby! They've got it in the UK (to be fair, we got it from them).
The LABOUR government overcharged them and declared their organization, Palestine Action, a domestic terrorist organization. Unlike in the US, this designation has meaning under UK law. You cannot say "I support Palestine Action" in the UK without risking fines/jail time.
The Labour government has proposed limiting access to jury trials for crimes that have a maximum penalty of fewer than 3 years in prison out of fear of outcomes like this (Because there is no one left in the Labour Party who is not a soulless bootlicker or an outright Fascist.)

The other 18 people are held under what is known as "joint enterprise" they are essentially charged with the same crimes as the previous six even though they are not participants
So, why haven't these 18 others got the same status and been let out
