Delighted to say that I have finally gotten around to watching the 1953 original of Godzilla! It’s been on my To Do for years and I must say, it wasn’t what I was expecting. What I will say is that America should never try to make a Godzilla film because they haven’t got a clue what makes the big fella so special. Well, they do - they just don’t like the self reflection that the film should induce. #FilmNerd

Bin echt begeistert absolute Empfehlung!

If the Headless Horseman and the Predator had a child and left him in the woods to be raised by stereotypical Native Americans whose only knowledge of civilization comes from Masters of the Universe, that child would be Skeleton Man (2004) — aka Cottonmouth Joe.

The Buddy Holly Story continually prioritizes emotional impact and accelerated plot points over factual fidelity, employing “dramatic license” as a justification for biographical laziness.

That’s a wrap on today, folks. Like Ferris Bueller said, 'Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.' So, here’s to the dreamers, the Time Lords, and the ones who know winter is coming. Sleep tight, and may the Force be with you.

Romance, ironically, doesn’t get a lot of love when it comes to highbrow literary critics. But that’s the world of prose. On the silver screen, romance has always reigned supreme. This article is about a few hidden romantic gems from the 1990s that will sweep you off your feet.

I didn't start out my exploration of academia in the writing world - I started out in film school. And films are still very near and dear to my heart.

This is part of a whole series I'm working on, and I hope you'll check them all out when you have time!
