It's like bardcore, but even nerdier?

It's a music tradition that's been ongoing since the 50s, it's got a wikipedia article, a whole scene that's fascinating to look up from an outsider like me. A lot of it used to be distributed on cassettes and possibly never digitalized

I've been thinking about sorting out copyright stuff for ages. But can't find the right model.
I don't want to give AI companies or politicians permission (in the not very likely scenario they'd want to).
But I'm happy for filkers to use my lyrics or stories.
Creative commons doesn't appear to allow this. Either no one can use my work for commercial use or all can.
Any ideas?
(I don't make enough to pay a solicitor.)
