Not a bad spot to park a #bike, eh? The actual #bikeRacks aren't bad, they can accommodate pretty much any bike size. The problem is the location of the racks.

I guess what makes #FilipinoTime worse is when people are inconsiderate/unthoughtful -- on top of being #OnlyHuman and messing up.

They could've messaged sooner. Before 3PM. They already knew they wouldn't make it on time. Why wait till 3PM-ish and say "Hey, are you already there?"

Duh. We agreed to meet at 3. Why wouldn't I be here by 3? Yes, I'm here. And she's blaming the rain.

If you just woke up at 3, just say "Hey I just woke up. See you in 2 hours." Don't pretend you're on the way...
