I tried #Filen for a couple days and, sadly, their web interface isn't fully accessible. Buttons don't appear as buttons, a lot, way too many, edit fields are not labeled, and modals never gain focus, instead, appearing all the way at the bottom of the DOM. Like, come on, open source developers, these kinds of things don't need a trillion dollar budget to code. Just maybe a bit more time before deployment. I use #RClone for almost everything cloud storage these days, but it can't do everything so I do need an accessible web interface

Sollen es nur Bilder sein, ist Nextcloud überdimensioniert, soll es mehr als Bilder können, wäre Immich zu wenig (aber vlt zusätzlich gut)...
Also als Ansatz: Dateien, Kontakte, Kalender, Bilder ohne sehr intensive Nutzung --> Nextcloud, dort bei https://www.wolkesicher.de/ oder https://www.hetzner.com/de/storage/storage-share/ -

Amikor még volt lifetime akció, akkor vettem 200GB-t, plusz a meghívásokat is begyűjtöttem, úgyhogy jelenleg 240GB-m van.
Linuxok alatt használom. Nagyon pro!

Amikor még volt lifetime akció, akkor vettem 200GB-t, plusz a meghívásokat is begyűjtöttem, úgyhogy jelenleg 240GB-m van.
Linuxok alatt használom. Nagyon pro!

Notesnook has some old stuff, but not anything I seem to have lost. Not their fault, I switched off to Obsidian and then did a bunch of work.
Fuck me. Have I lost anything else? Can I trust Filen with my files? Why the fuck can't things just work as advertised? I don't even know if it was my OS, Filen, or Obsidian that deleted the files. 😭

I appear to have lost all of my Obsidian notes about my CRPG's quests and game systems. The folders are empty.
They were stored in Filen, so I had them excluded from my backups. 😭
