The reason I don't use the 'i' word is because the name of the #zionist entity is a literal racist slur
People talk about all sorts of other things regarding #Palestine, when they use that name and try to legitimize the colonial genocide of the #indigenous people, but none of it is true without the #displacement and #genocide of the Palestinians
It is a very particular type of logical fallacy called an enthymeme: making a conclusion without going through all of the steps required for a syllogism
Throwing around the 'i word' is trying to normalize the assertion that they have the right to do what they are doing, that they are legitimate custodians of Palestine
It is a #propaganda narrative that has been going on for over a century
And to use the word is to imply the illegitimate existence of the native people of Palestine without really doing any work besides relying on the countless billions of dollars of propaganda to normalize the murder and theft
