@miyelsh The old excuse is "we don't want to desensitize drivers to crosswalk markings", but the latest guidance from #FHWA is that all uncontrolled intersections should use high-visibility-crosswalk markings. https://www.fhwa.dot.gov/environment/bicycle_pedestrian/resources/crosswalk_marking_selection_guide.pdf — and this Cleveland Avenue intersection is uncontrolled.
