I don't understand why there are so many variations on OAuth2 flow and each of them is kind of a PITA.
I had the "opportunity" to meet the Frankenstein of the variations, SMART-on-FHIR. The official Java library latest release is from 2018 but the standard is still live and adopted. But honestly, why reinvent again the RBAC wheel, just in a worse way?

Когда мы проектировали пайплайн автоматического заполнения EMR по итогам видеоконсультаций, исходная гипотеза была простой: Jitsi Meet — open source, документация есть, значит, подключить бота и получить транскрипт — задача на пару дней. На практике именно этот слой занял непропорционально много времени относительно своей "очевидности". В этой статье разберу, как устроена транскрипция в Jitsi Meet под капотом, почему это не "просто включить кнопку", с какими конфигурационными нюансами пришлось столкнуться и как в итоге был выстроен пайплайн от видеозвонка до структурированного текста.

Why is it easier to follow a stranger on the #Fediverse when they move servers than to move your own labs between hospitals?
Proprietary EHRs are walled gardens. We don't "own" our data if we have to pay a fee to access it or fill out a dozen forms to transfer a record.
What if our phones were the source of our health record? Hospitals were contributors, not owners. Open protocols (#FHIR) over proprietary platforms could eliminate redundant tests, procedures, and screening forms.

Недавно в ней появился отчет «Профиль здоровья», который учитывает любую информацию, которую пользователь предоставил о себе. Чтобы его реализовать, нам пришлось полностью переработать идеологию движка системы. Мы совершили качественный переход от документо-центрической к фактор-центрической модели данных, где атомом информации о здоровье человека является медицинский факт с уникальным кодом и контекстом. This is the #FHIR version you'll want to watch and plan for.
R4B and R5 have seen adoption by newly started countries (it's the best version available after all), the big ones (🇺🇸🇩🇪🇳🇱...) indicated they're waiting for R6 to upgrade their specs' FHIR version again.
