Cateo en Iztapalapa deja detenidos y droga asegurada
A las personas mencionadas en este comunicado se les presume inocentes y serán tratadas como tal en todas las etapas del procedimiento, mientras no se declare su responsabilidad mediante sentencia emitida por el órgano jurisdiccional, en los términos señalados en el Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, dijo la autoridad.

Autoridades ejecutaron una orden de cateo en un inmueble localizado en la alcaldía Iztapalapa, donde se detuvo a dos hombres y se aseguraron dos armas de fuego y más de 300 bolsas que contenían diferentes tipos de aparente droga.
En atención a diferentes denuncias ciudadanas que reportaban la venta y distribución de droga en calles de la colonia Santa Cruz Meyehualco, oficiales de la SSC llevaron a cabo labores de investigación de gabinete y campo, además de vigilancias fijas y móviles en la zona.
Derivado de estas acciones, se ubicó un inmueble que posiblemente era utilizado para almacenar narcóticos, por lo que los efectivos policiales recabaron datos de prueba que fueron presentados por un agente del Ministerio Público de la FGJ a un Juez de Control, quien otorgó la técnica de investigación para intervenir en la propiedad ubicada en la calle 35.
Por ello, se implementó un despliegue operativo en el que se actuó sin uso de violencia, en estricto apego al protocolo de actuación policial y respeto a los derechos humanos donde se aseguraron 100 dosis de aparente cocaína, 100 envoltorios de plástico con posible metanfetamina, 107 bolsas que contenían un vegetal con las características de la marihuana y dos armas de fuego, y también, fueron detenidos dos hombres de 38 y 24 años de edad.
Por lo anterior, los oficiales informaron a los detenidos sus derechos constitucionales y junto con lo asegurado, los pusieron a disposición del agente del Ministerio Público correspondiente, quien definirá su situación jurídica y continuará con las investigaciones del caso. Asimismo, el inmueble fue sellado y se encuentra bajo resguardo policial mientras continúan las indagatorias. –sn–
