The year is 7AE 13. #Zodiark is dead, and the #Ascians are scattered.
But one surviving member of the #Convocation of Thirteen retains enough of her strength and determination to fight alongside #humanity against the #Machine Invasion: she who holds the Seat of #Deudalaphon.
Meet #Aphrodite—or rather, the awakened non-Source shard of Aphrodite, who currently holds the once celebrated #Amaurotine Seat of the #Architect. She's depicted here in her current preferred outfit (she lost the old, boring #Ascian outerwear after Zodiark was dead and nothing mattered anymore).
The second picture showcases her with her mask active.
And the third shows Aphrodite and #Joan facing off. What we've since learned is that Joan is the Source shard of Aphrodite, making Deudalaphon and Joan's relationship rather fraught and complicated. They don't like each other, but they begrudgingly respect one another.

almost forgot: 8BitDo Ultimate 2 passed the Kugane Tower test just fine. I praised the d-pad a lot previously, but the thumbsticks feel excellent, too
almost missed the lamp jump again but that's because i haven't done it in a long while, not a controller problem

It's #Majestic #Manderville time, part six!! For the very last time since these came out in 6.45!
The last set of four #relic weapons for my non-favorite and I-don't-really-play-them-that-often jobs have been acquired: #Gunbreaker, #Ninja, #Astrologian, and #Scholar.
The gunbreaker's #bayonet is intense and looks like something straight out of science fiction. (Which makes sense, considering the theoretical origin of these weapons.)
The ninja's #knives are so colorful and elegant! I once knew someone who said that glowing knives were strange for ninjas to carry since they weren't very stealthy. That still makes me laugh sometimes. And I still love the glowy knives best of all.
The astrologian's #orrery is pretty. It almost looks angelic as it glows above your hand.
The scholar's #codex is a book. The seraph is my favorite part of scholar, but it's a job I literally never play. 😅
And now we wait until 6.55 for the final Manderville weapon step!

It's #Majestic #Manderville time, part five!! And I've still got some time before 6.55! So here we go again for the penultimate time.
The second-to-last set of three #relic weapons for my non-favorite and I-don't-really-play-them-that-often jobs have been acquired: #Bard, #Warrior, and #Dark #Knight.
The bard's #harp #bow is beautiful. The #arrow in use is a little thick around the shaft, but that's OK. I do love all the feathers on the bow, and the metal looks super shiny!
The dark knight's #greatsword looks great. It's so dark, and I love everything about its sharp edges and blade's design.
The warrior's #bardiche looks pretty badass too. It looks nothing like an actual bardiche, since a bardiche is actually a #polearm that only looks like an #axe, but it still looks great. It looks like it's on fire! If I were as mad as a warrior becomes in battle, this is exactly the kind of weapon I'd love to swing around.

When indulging in your pyromaniacal tendencies as a black mage, it's important to have the right tools, and no tool matters more to the black mage than her #staff.
The #Manderville #relic #weapon for the black mage is a large orb surrounded by silver metal points and a stylized sun above the orb, holding in its center an extra orb! (You can never have too many orbs, IMO.)
It's a beautiful #rod, glowing with magic silver ribbons that tell your enemies that you're serious about style. And they should know that before they burst into flames or shatter from being turned into icicles by your powerful magics.
Don't ask me why it's called a rod. The #Mandervilles have always been weird about their rods, so I couldn't tell ya.
Why is the battle stance for the black mage making me pay so much attention to my wrists? I suppose it's important to have flexible and comfortable wrists so that you can do little flourishes with your staff without pulling anything.
Always entertain your enemies before they die. It's good sportsmanship.

The life of a #ninja is dangerous indeed!
The #Manderville #relic #weapon for the ninja is an impressive piece of work: two #knives, designed for maximum gut-spilling, adored with hot pink magical glows and ribbons. It's bright, it's impressive, and it's definitely not going to let you sneak up to your enemy.
But that's OK. In the social media age, being a ninja is less about sneaking and more about bursting into a scene and spilling blood this way and that with your giant frogs and powerful gusts of wind.
I don't make the rules.
Also important, to make your enemies pee their pants, always sniff your #blade threateningly in front of them.
My knives smell like raspberry. I may be a murder hobo sometimes, but I'm a classy murder hobo! 💙 🗡️

Who needs a laser pointer when you have a #gunblade!
The #Manderville #relic #weapon for the #gunbreaker is gorgeous. I love everything about it, but especially the explosions I can make with it.
Not in class, obviously. In class, it's only for pointing, as pictured here.
The strong rune-like designs give you the sense that the gun is stuck in the "on" position, always ready to go and draining battery power. To add to the adrenaline rush, I like to leave it on two bars max. It keeps me and everyone who depends on me on their toes.
Now excuse me while I throw up a #Superbolide and give my healer a heart attack.

The #Darkness doesn't seem so dark anymore! Certainly not with this #zweihander in hand!
The #Manderville #relic #weapon for the dark knight an impressive piece. With lots of dark spikes and sharp angles, it's obviously very threatening and scary.
But with its silver design and aura, it really doesn't feel as dark as one might have expected. Can I be a light knight instead? No, not a paladin, that's totally different!
I still love this thing. I love it so much, I don't even need two hands to hold it. My other hand is free to do other things, like make fists and point at how cool it is!

I've never been a fan of the #warrior class. It always seemed too...caveman-strong! to me. Like if the #Hulk had an #axe instead of fists.
The #Manderville #relic #weapon for the warrior is still pretty badass, even if it kind of furthers that perception. The way the metal ties to the hilt is furry and all the points make you feel like you made your axe yourself by killing a mammoth for its metal bones.
Obviously a mammoth that had been recruited to the Weapon X program.
Why would you ever be angry with such a beautiful yet primeval weapon at your fingertips? I could never be. In fact, I bet my red eyes are excitement from all the blood I'm about to spill.

Everyone can use a #dancer on their team. Dancers not only entertain, but they can also throw their tools about and cut some bitches with them.
The #Manderville #relic #weapon for the dancer is beautiful. You feel somehow like you're both a pretty #Thavnairian dancer and #Xena the warrior princess, as you hurl your #chakrams about, bringing your foes down as your weapons strike them across the face and then flourish back to your hand.
The most beautiful, circular boomerangs ever!
Have I mentioned I really like my new #aiming outfit?

We begin now with the #Manderville #relic weapons for the jobs that I have, but only because I wanted to have all the jobs on Joan.
First, the #bard! Honestly, the best thing about the bard is the fact that you can perform music on it. But the second best thing has to be this lovely bow.
Every bow comes pre-installed with a magical arrow surrounded with a silvery flourish aura. There's feathers on the back and birds all over. I'm especially a fan of the little bird at the top facing forward like the figurehead of a ship.
Sing songs, or stab your enemies from a distance! The choice is yours. Or, if you're bi about it, why not do both!

Joan's daughter is the real #reaper in the family. I really love this weapon on both of them though. And I suppose there's no reason #Venny can't join Joan on adventures!
The classy bright colors and silvery design of the #Manderville #relic #weapon for the reaper really fits my personal style, but is it really all that reapery? Get back to me Square.
This #scythe slaps, though. That's all I gotta say about it.

I forgot to finish my #Manderville #relic #weapon thing, and I have to finish it before 6.4.5! 🙀
So here goes!
ICly, Joan is not really a #summoner. She's only an #arcanist because she wanted to be able to summon a #carbuncle. After that, she kinda realized she couldn't really do the fine motor control needed to draw sigils in midair during combat.
Still, summoner is one of my main classes because I still really love carbuncles and summoning Eggos.
Uh...I mean egis. 😅
