I was bitten by some kind of insect I didn’t see yesterday. Took #Fexofenadine this morning but by 4pm my knee was swollen, painful, red, hard and hot to the touch so I called into the chemist to see if I could get something topical for it.
What I got was examined by a #pharmacist and immediately started on 500mg #Flucloxacillin four times a day for five days.
I mean, it’s a great service and I didn’t have to bother my GP - thank you #NHS - but goodness me it hurts like fire.
