After a random evening walk in Kalithea we went to a kebab house with “Politiki” food, i.e. food refugees brought over from Constantinople. This is a culturally sensitive subject - it’s very traditional Greek food, with some flavours that are also found in Turkish food (however, never say it tastes like Turkish food!!!). This is food full of history as well as flavour. And there is pork.

@chartier Apparently many of the cheese related posts have been at #cheese lately which is a shame because #fetaverse seems like the obvious hashtag to gravitate to. Obligatory cheese content: I saw a Taco Seasoning Gouda (that is a gouda with cumin, onion, garlic, etc) recently and it seemed like the most ridicul..... well ridiculous or not I had to try it anyway.
