Just called the hospital about #FertilityPreservation, because I believe I have some amount of fever and I had my supposedly last appointment tomorrow (Because the second one didn’t produce high enough quality it was in fact already the fourth one).
The lady there told me that with fever I would have to wait for another three months which is a time-frame where I definitely will be on HRT, even if I had to go full DIY.
In the end we therefore decided to leave it at what we have, which isn’t as much as would ideally be desirable, but should still be fine.
In other words: My reproductive system has now served its purpose and I’ll have no more use for it for the remainder of my life. Which is in some ways a terrifying thought, ngl…
Still, it means I can now start my #medicaltransition, once I receive the medication, which is great and exciting.
