  1. I like ntfy, i use it to mostly for transfer text from one device to another especially when i am working in a non owned device. It is easy to transfer text (for bookmark, quotes, notes) as i am already using #sunup i don't want another push notification distributer so i tried whether i can use ntfy as PWA app through #fennec browser as it use #unifiedpush to send notification. This setup worked great for me so far.

One problem is #fennec need to be foreground or background

Yes, this was the answer! I installed the "Sunup" app, which is a Unified Push provider that uses Mozilla's servers.
    f-droid.org/en/packages/org.un

Then I told Firefox to use UnifiedPush. It restarted the app.

Then Sunup showed that Firefox and, specificaly, Mastodon's ServiceWorker had subscribed to its UnifiedPush distributions.

Then I voted on a @fediplayssnake poll, and when it was closed, my phone dinged! Thank you!
