@northlove152 Thanks for the #skateboarding video clip, BUT why do you use a content warning on this video clip? I see a female #skateboarder in a #skatepark who skates quite well.
The tags you are using in the post, like "booty", "chick", "babe" indicate that you see something else. Sexualizing #femaleskateboarding is to be avoided. #Sexism is a deterrent for female skateboarders and a main reason, why there's no equal share of female skateboarders in our sports.

While I understand the tensions and the divisive power of #skateboarding at the #olympics
I also understand that the Olympics give a real boost to female skateboarding.

If you look at the history of skateboarding, there has been no recognition of women like this in skateboarding since the late 1970s. IMHO skateboarding culture really needs to learn from this.
