On Valentine's day, #1 will celebrate 20y with the same employer, where he got his first post studies job. 🎉
Good on him, I only had 2 employers in my career, J had 3. Many jobs & locations for all of us though.

I read today that Fortnite is doing a crossover with South Park.
It occurred to me that there are adults who are younger than the South Park TV series. This is crazy.

When I grew up, the US had a legislative branch called Congress, and it was full of human beings with a backbone; but kids these days do not believe me when I mention it.

Watching Raiders of the Lost Ark with my elderly mother-in-law. It is set in 1936 and she was born in 39. My 22-year old son pointed out that it’s the equivalent of him watching a film set in 2000.

Just used a stapler for the first time in I have no idea how long. Years at least. Was kinda nice honestly. Worked first try, didn't need any updates or anything!!! #FeelingOld

Buying games was sort of expensive so I'd rent the popular games and just waited until the used price got cheap enough to buy it at GameStop or the book store.
Kids now just hope what they're buying is good and then have to beg for a refund if it doesn't work out.
