So we had a tricky weekend helping NJ through a cartwheel-induced head collision with a stage light, a trip to the minor injuries unit for patch-up and assessment...

I've been under horrendous pain levels, despite efforts to control them, or distract myself from them.

And I'm fed up of pain. All day. Every day.

Not that there's anything I can do about it. I have to keep going.

Somehow.

Let's say...it's a good thing I have wifey and NJ.

Hey all,

I'm in a really rough "place" with my #Fibromyalgia right now. Effectively my meds aren't...effective. They take a bit of the edge off the pain, but it's not enough.

I've felt incapable for most of the weekend.

I have a phone call with the doc on Wednesday to discuss my meds. I can't go on in this level of pain forever.

My lunch most days, sometimes sweet potato instead of swede. And seem to be handling pumpkin and chia seeds ok at the moment, but I have them every other day. I tolerate sweet potato better if I don’t eat the skin, but still having them in moderation. I can also eat cauliflower broccoli and plain rice cakes.

Today, I’ve got white rice, with diced swede, brussel sprouts, sweetcorn, pumpkin and chia seeds. Salt is the only thing I can use.

Hey all, well I've been up 9½hrs and I'm very tired. I forced myself out on a very short walk to reverse my step count decline, but I'm just shattered.

Other symptoms have been less today, but having very little energy affects anything you want to do.

Hey all. I'm still ill, in loads of extra pain (or flip-flopping been pain and energy crashing).

Due to head sensitivity, I've not properly loaded my computer most of the week. And I'm thoroughly #FedUp of being extra-ill now.

I've been trying #drawing but it's a huge effort, and it's not turning out as well as I'd hoped.

I'll "finish" this as I will need to digitise it for a chapter of fiction, but... Meh.

@chris @josie_osborne I will not only support but heavily promote & ensure they get a ton of public support - if/when they actually develop more courage to fight back against their fascist adjacent neoliberal controlled corrupted caucus.

I needed to catch up on my writing Patreon page after nearly a month of silence. Now I want a bit of time in #FFXIV, but nothing challenging.

I'm going to play my "second main" character, but can't be in Ishgard or Coerthas due to shoulder pain going to my head.
