Everyone remembers Wray, but for a few the magic started in Eckley. May 7, 2016 I blasted east, betting on a #supercell cluster erupting near the state border. Just as I arrived this scene unfolded — a ghostly #tornado touching down north of Eckley, #Colorado 🌪️ Full chase log link in 🧵

Looks like on 2026-03-16 Weatheradio and Hello Weather services will be discontinued in Canada.
This currently provides, "Continuous broadcasts of weather information and instant updates when bad weather threatens."

Flashback: May 17, 2019 I was chasing this monster #supercell near McCook #Nebraska. After a white-knuckle detour through a torrential rain core, I broke out just in time to intercept this EF-1 #tornado near Farnam.

The temp in the BunShack is 23.2°F (-4.9°C), which is much better, but I turned the heat on, lol
now, I'm waiting inside the house for it to warm up a bit 🙂
thankfully, I can monitoring the inside temp of the BunShack from my phone 😎
I don't even want to look at the windchill, lol
