Ich selbst bin eher unsportlich, mache nur so Alltagsfahrten mit dem Rad. Nachdem ich Anfang letzten Jahres allen möglichen Leuten, die auch hier in der Gegend auf Demos gegen Rechts waren, gefolgt bin, bin ich irgendwie in ner Rad-Bubble gelandet und wurde letztes Jahr schon voll mit dem #TCR angefixt. Jetzt sitz ich abends viel zu lang dotwatchend mit anderen da, informiere nebenher meinen Vater und meinen Mann, was grad so beim #tcrno11 passiert und liebe alles daran - #FediverseRocks 🤗

I love the Fediverse!
I told a contact living in Finland via direct message that I was trying to buy a gift for my brother living in that country and there seemed no easy way to do that from Canada. This great girl found a store selling the product in the town my brother lives in, sent me the address and url of the store, the manager's name and email address and even gave advice on how to word my email to avoid my contact email going into their spam.
I know she is a very busy person with a lot of cares and responsibilities in her personal life, so her time is precious. She nonetheless told me to tell her if I had any trouble, saying she would phone the store for me and talk to them in Finnish! I won't mention her here so she doesn't get inundated with help requests. But she knows who she is.

I agree with everything.We are great, we show here, every day that social media can be different, can be human, constructive and creative.
Not vicious and full of agitation against anyone who has simply become a target.
WE ALSO HAVE TO KEEP GOING ON LIKE THIS TO PRESERVE WHAT BROUGHT US HERE.
A few here who are just not so, we forget about them.
The majority is decisive.

It took me a bit more than 6 yrs to get to 200 followers on Twitter. The amount of people I had regular, meaningful interactions with was rather limited.
Here in the fediverse, it took a bit more than 6 month to get to 200 followers (thanks @roastinghouse !) and there are plenty of nice, helpful, knowledgeable people around the globe sharing their world and skills with me.A big "Thank you!" to all of you.

Are they like “welcome to the party, look at all the people here!”
Or is it “look at all of the people I’ve collected, my fediverse power is infinite!”

Ich konnte das Problem eliminieren: Habe auf der NC den betroffenen Ordner wo die Bookmarks synchronisiert werden gelöscht und einfach neu angelegt. Danach neu synchronisiert. Jetzt läuft anscheinend wieder alles so wie es soll. 😀

@tux Dann versuche ich mich mal.
Unsere Tochter hat trotz aller Umstände ihr Abitur gemacht und hat einen Ausbildungsplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Wir sind ziemlich stolz, dass sie ihren Weg macht, ohne das wir ihr sagen was sie machen oder tun soll.
Weiterhin positiv ist, dass unser Sohn alle notwendigen Eingriffe gut überstanden hat, wenn das auch alles bange Tagen waren.
Weiterhin sind wir alle gesund, haben ein Dach über dem Kopf und etwas zu essen. Dafür sind wir dankbar.

Der positive Jahresrückblich 2020 in der Fediverse
Egal ob im Radio oder im TV. Der diesjährige Jahresrückblick fällt aus diversen bekannten Gründen ganz schön negativ aus. Vielleicht geht es dem einen oder anderen ja auch so ähnlich wie mir, dass das Rückblicken auf 2020 einen ganz schön runter ziehen kann.
Um aber etwas positivere "Vibrations" (was für ein neudeutsch 🤪 ) zu bekommen, haben meine Frau und ich uns beim Frühstück heute bewusst positive Dinge, Ereignisse o.ä. aus diesem vergangenen 2020 in den Sinn gerufen.
Da kam mir die Idee, warum hier in der Fediverse nicht so einen kleinen POSITIVEN Jahresrückblick für 2020 starten. Also ihr erzählt, wenn ihr wollt, positive Dinge, schöne Erfahrungen oder was auch immer, die ihr in diesem Jahr erlebt habt.
