First, it is false to argue that the #fedipact members are against openness. As I have argued across this bok, the covenantal fediverse is open to people who want to become members. They just have to do a few things: see themselves not as signing up for social media, but joining a community and abiding by its ethical standards....

starting to think that between being in a book about fedi and getting recognized irl from on here literally 25 times and the last person who recognized me just straight up calling me a fedi celebrity
maybe the work i've done with #FediPact and building community on here was actually worth something and, in fact, quite important. maybe it's not all just in my head after all lol

Perhaps what we need is something like #FediPact except for CWs. Some kind of catchy hashtag we can use in posts about CWs, and put in our bios to show that we're safe people to ask about CWs.
A Single-Serving Site with an explanation of why content warnings are important, why they're especially important on Fedi, and probably a list of common things that might warrant content warnings.
