The first Los Angeles Fediverse Meetup is complete and was swimmingly successful! Thanks to @AdrianRiskin and @tomjennings an @jeffzugale for coming out and sharing some time together chatting about all manner of things. It was a delight and it was wonderful to see and meet everyone.
We did chat a little about times and locations and how often to hold these - no big decisions other than "we should do this again". I'll consult the oracle and see if I can find a good date for the next one.

Angelenos! This is your reminder to head out to Union Station this evening to meet some local Fedizens. We'll be at everywhere, a bar/restaurant at the station, starting around 5:30p. Not to worry if you can't make it right on time - we'll hang out for a while! Order something at the bar, look for a sign that says FediMeet, and join us for some good conversation and community.
