One thing I'd love to discuss at the next #FediForum is how well we do in the Fediverse and the ATmosphere on the issues that Meta is now being sued over for hundreds of billions of dollars in California court. I hope we are doing well.

Still finalizing schoolwork but I jumped into the https://reimaginefestival.ca opening "ceremony" today. This looks like it's going to be at worst, an inspiring and thoughtful couple of weeks of idea generation and networking ... maybe even more tangible stuff!
#fediForum attendees will find the format familiar (and possibly get some ideas for new un-organizer tools, @j12t ), FediCon/FOSSY survivors will find the vibe a close parallel to what Open-source tech people jam on. consider joining!

Canadians, #fediforum regulars, and those of you who are unconference-curious - are you interested in checking out the seemingly *very* un-conferenced https://reimaginefestival.ca ? I've just signed on. The "schedule" runs August 12 - 26th, but the platform is open now for those who wish to participate or co-create, and it looks like it includes recurring sessions to set up for those who want to convene sessions.

This evening is the Open Social Awards, a worthy #FediForumFriday shout out, especially as #FediForum's very own @j12t is one of the judges! Along with some other familar FediForum faces like @laurenshof and @melaniebartos .
