@liaizon in #fedicat you can still post and share the link without anyone stopping you, but in this particular example I would just reply, instead of quoting them and saying look at what this idiot said (although #gotosocial has reply controls), regardless, I don't pretend to have The One True Way of the fediverse, but I do have my way (actually multiple often conflicting ways) that I'm going for, so it's actually nice there are so many clients out there I can try really specific approaches.

#fedihood attachments and avatars for non-local posts now displaying in #fedicat, the image urls just have a path so need to prepend the local host (was already doing this for some #neodb links)

It's a great day for Holly the Cat.

She gets crunchy treats from a sealed bag but it still seems to lose some aroma by the end of the bag.

But today is New Bag Day.

V.G. et U.G., deux chats bengals magnifiques ont reçu les visites Chat ou PaCha durant le mois de juin et apparemment ils étaient contents de la prestation 😹
De jour en jour ils se sont montrés plus affectueux et demandeurs d'interactions.
Eh oui! Malgré les idées reçues, les chats ne sont pas des animaux indépendants pouvant vivre de croquettes et d'eau fraîche, ils ont aussi besoin d'avoir une présence humaine pour jouer avec eux, leur faire des gratouilles et sentir qu'on leur accorde beaucoup d'attention 😅

Quelle joie de retrouver à nouveau les très gentils Guizmo, Guiness et Orana durant 8 jours matin et soir !
Guizmo (le Sacré de Birmanie), malgré un traitement médical très strict à suivre pour son diabète, s'est encore une foid révélé être une perle !
Guiness (la chatte noire) n'était pas en reste ayant une super forme du haut de ses 15 ans.
Quant à Orana (la British shorthair), partagée entre le jeu et les câlins, elle s'est révélée plus affectueuse que jamais.
Au plaisir de les retrouver cet été ! 😻
