My response? Post on a toxic platform. Get toxic people. Blocked. Reported. Not that it'll do any good because meta is a right wing enabling cesspit.

I've pretty much cut my Meta output to zero, and the stuff I post is emblazoned with intrusive links to my Fediverse.

@Hein_Kortoons I go out of my way to buy everything outside of amazon. I often pay 20% more just to not give in to their ecosystem.

Often it’s more than price and convenience. Webshops of local companies often have notoriously bad ui and slow.

We really need a federated alternative where we can also work on the interface. Something like ebay where the shops make their own accounts but the ui is a given.
