It’s staggering how misapplied our discipline has become. Or maybe it’s always been this way and I simply haven’t caught on until now? Either way, the net productivity of my team is near zero and whatever we get out of it is so hard fought for it takes an extraordinary amount of meetings to achieve “alignment”. 90% in useless meetings vs 10% doing the work.
