The idea of a fast-pace and efficient lifestyle to make the most out of life is fun. But hier is the point: it's only fun. There is no guarantee that this kind of life brings fulfillment. The more I try to make my life efficient, the more I drift away from the things that actually matter to me.

@pippa I take the stated transfer time at Tokyo station between the Keiyo and Yokosuka lines as a challenge everytime I pass there :ablobcatenjoy:
As of the walking times outside I just remove between 2 and 10 minutes by default #fastLife

#NoEatFebruary was fantastic for me! Spend 28 days water fasting along with reading the 28 chapters of Matthew. Good spiritual growth and health growth! Lost 39lbs (I'm so mad I didn't get to 219) but the autophagy is what's most important!
