After my peaceful solitude time yesterday, I swung by a farmer & fisherman friend's place, near Sidney, to drop off a book & some homemade jasmine chamomile tea gifts. He gifted me a free range processed #chicken, some #prawns he caught on the weekend & fresh #broccoli. I used the #food gifts to cook #dinner.

My fave was the delicious & gorgeous small purple potatoes. I could eat those daily! They are called Violet Queen potatoes - available for purchase at Dan's Farm stand on West Saanich Rd. I want to grow these amazing purple potatoes!
