Don't know if this is perhaps an obvious point about the #StarWars films
as it only really just occurred to me
but , at least since Vader's injuries on Mustafar, the two Sith Lords were subtly using the Force to keep each other alive
In other words, neither character should really have been able to survive to reach the events in A New Hope #fantheory

Because in Fallout 4 the protagonist, the male Sole Survivor Nate narrates his own beginning & end is because he's a future antagonist. The last DLC was the protagonist becoming a Raider boss & I don't see an achievement for 'Open Season'. My fan theory is that the protagonist could be the antagonist of the next Fallout game, the protagonist of Fallout 4 doesn't have a morality system, there is also the Rust Devils the protagonist could add to Nuka-World.

I'm not often impressed with #FanTheories about fictional worlds because many of them end up diluting a mythos (by implicitly or explicitly holding that key events never happened, don't matter, etc.) instead of solidifying or unifying a mythos.
However, just three years after publication, which is pretty good for me, I've found a fan theory by ScreenCrush that unifies the #MCU films rather well. Hence, I'm impressed.
Especially since the filmmakers themselves probably barely noticed the stuff analyzed in ScreenCrush's video, which I'm sharing here. In other words, this fan theory is bewilderingly nonobvious. But it works.
If you're short on time: the video takes five minutes to reach full stride; maybe start watching it then.

CW: I'm doing my headcanon thing again.
Family Movie Night was my sibling's pick this weekend, and we watched Night At The Museum 1 & 2.
Rewatching them got me thinking and got my sibling & I talking.
Turns out Steve Coogan was also in The Indian In The Cupboard in 1995.
And that got me thinking even more, because now obviously I can say Indian In The Cupboard and Night At The Museum are obviously set in the same universe.
Inanimate object brought to life through magic or science.
And there must surely be other films, books, games that could expand this connected universe?

Mannequin, from the 80s, the film where a mannequin comes to life, falls in love, etc.
Perfect.
Small Soldiers! Toys accidentally brought to life!
Frankenstein absolutely works for this.
The Mummy films just makes sense for this.
I was hesitant to fit the Toy Story films in, my argument at first being that they are simply living toys, they're not "brought" to life, they are just alive, until I remembered the 4th film! Forky, the living Spork, his whole character arc in that film is being brought to life and having an existential crisis about it. The toys aren't always alive, they are brought to life at some point through a magical power bestowed upon children. So that's the Toy Story films.
My mum recommend a book & film from the 30s called Nightlife of the Gods, about a scientist that creates a laser that turns humans into statues, and statues into living things. So that's definitely in there.
Short Circuit? You bet your ass that's in there.

In Star Wars, the existence of a "Supreme Chancellor" that's often only referred to as "Chancellor" suggests to me that the Republic at some point in the distant past had multiple not-so-supreme chancellorships, with only the supreme one having survived into the prequel era.
