It is about 30ys ago that I chose the String Quartet by #FannyHensel for my mid exam. There was no score, and I had to transcribe the parts to produce one. The only available recording was atrocious. On the one hand, a lot has changed since then, but, on the other, it is scandalous how rarely this music and that of other #WomenComposers is being performed!
