The latest releases of #FairScan have a nice feature to facilitate its ethical data-driven software development approach: there is now a built-in convenience action in the About dialog to allow you to email the raw photo of the latest scan to @pynicolas if you encounter examples of situations that cause the autodetection heuristics to fail. I've sent them a few samples today.

I couldn't find a good #floss #scanning app for years. But in just two months, @fdroidorg gained two such apps: #FairScan (incredibly user friendly) and #MakeACopy (if you need #OCR, and also good). 😃
