Some of the fair food that the wife and I had yesterday at the Carolina Classic Fair here in Winston Salem, NC.

This is a deep fried lemon pepper turkey wing with lemon pepper fries.

This was really good. The skin was crunchy and crispy and seasoned excellently. The fries were AMAZING and I don't often say that about fries.

How are we all doing today and now that it's the weekend, what are the plans?

The wife and I are heading to the Carolina Classic Fair here in Winston Salem, NC today as yesterday was the first day and I had two job interviews so we couldn't make it.

Going to be lots of new food for us to try this year that we are super excited about!

Afterwards, it'll be just resting this evening and recovering from the fair.

I went to our local Kiwanis Fair today! I ate so much food! I had chicken tenders and fries (we wait all year for these fries because they're fried in beef fat and taste incredible), cherry lemonade, fried dough with chocolate frosting, and a grape Kona Ice. All very tasty! A pretty good day if you ask me!
