a failed … well sort of … tempo run. 10 minutes warm up then was supposed to do around 70 minutes in zone 3 but had to call it a day about 6 miles in 😔 my hamstring starting causing problems again and affecting tendons around the knee making running painful and difficult. It would have been a little more favourable if I wasn’t so far home and had to walk a good 2 miles. #running #temporunning #failedrun #adidasrunning #runnersofmastodon #therunningcommunity
