I've been volunteering at #fabville the past two evenings and it's been a great experience. I'm trying my best to be a good contributor to the community. It's definitely rekindling some old educator embers in me. Who knows what the future holds, but maybe I'm finding my way again career wise.

Last night at the open house, the #FIRST #robotics team demoed their robot, Plunk, which qualified for the New England district championships. Congrats to the whole team!

Checked out the whole shop, and, importantly, there's a makerspace with a mini woodshop, including a shopbot, plus a bunch of 3d printing and computer driven cutting/plotting devices - at the high school thats just...free? What? I don't have to drive 40 minutes each way to A2?
