In celebration of Black History Month, our little bakers explored the story behind Jamaican Ginger Cake- and how the ingredients travelled across oceans! 🌍💛
They stirred their way through sticky ginger, dark sugar and warm spices, learning how these flavours connect to Jamaica’s rich heritage and the journeys that brought them to kitchens all around the world.
