Here's some conjunctiva with a benign subepithelial naevus. The cluster of mast cells (and plasma cell hiding among them) caught my eye.

Not a #MastoPrompt story, but here's what #magenta looks like on a histology slide 😍 .
The stain is periodic acid-Schiff (that's per-iodic, related to iodine and not period-ic related to time). PAS is typically used to stain mucin, fungi and (my commonest use) basement membrane.
The blobby structures here are drusen, which I view as accumulations of junk beneath the retina, often related to ageing. #EyePath
