I cannot express how bonkers it is that someone did the Grouse Grind (a popular hiking trail up Grouse Mountain just outside Vancouver) 19 times in 19 hours!!

I joggeed/ran/hiked it just once, in my absolute prime physical condition at the age of 23 in about 1hr 15min I think. It was really REALLY hard. Nearly puked at the top.

19 times is absolutely nuts.

Of course we've all heard of "bouldering" which is basically rock climbing without ropes. It is very difficult and dangerous, even on a big solid rock.
