J’avais très envie de vous partager quelques #photo de cette série qui témoigne d’une expérience en cuisine d’un restaurant de snacking où j’ai eu le droit de m’amuser à tester des dispositions photo pendant la mise en place. Je trouvais les couleurs jolies, les compositions amusantes et je trouve que c’est très ok avec le thème.Pour le partage texte du jour j’aimerai en profiter pour utiliser le principe des palettes de couleurs pour exposer une métaphore de palettes des émotions que l’on peut vivre durant cette période de fêtes.
Lorsque vous passez d’une ambiance réconfortante et enveloppante comme une mayonnaise à une ambiance aigre douce cela peut être soit agréable soit particulièrement désagréable.
Alors autorisons nous à dire non, je n’aime pas,je ne veux pas, ce n’est pas à mon goût, et à simplement refuser de s’imposer un inconfort.
De la même manière autorisons nous à demander du rab de ce que l’on apprécie.Je m’explique en illustrant avec un vécu personnel.
En début de mois, j’ai eu une proposition d’une personne de ma famille élargie qui m’a proposé de me préparer des plats de fêtes adapté à mon régime alimentaire, en même temps cette personne m’a indiqué avoir du monde à l’hébergement chez elle pour les fêtes spécifiquement, avoir beaucoup de travail et peu de temps et attendre ma réponse de participation aux festivités avec ces inconnus chez elle.
Sans précision aucune concernant le délai de réponse et ayant reçu une proposition d’un menu qui me générait de l’anxiété dû à ma néophobie alimentaire, j’ai fait une contre proposition la semaine dernière indiquant un choix de date plus souple, des préparations que je sais qu’elle maîtrise, une organisation en dehors de la période d’hébergement pour qu’elle soit moins stressé et moi aussi. J’ai aussi affirmé ma non venue aux fête de Noël.De suite cela lui a semblé compliqué enchaînant alors de long message d’explication cela a commencé à me stresser vraiment beaucoup, j’ai alors indiqué que je préférais tout simplement remettre cela à janvier. Nous avons donc trouver des accords pour Janvier en fin de semaine.
Mon cerveau commençait déjà à saturer. Émotionnellement le ni oui, ni non peut être cela m’use.
Puis il y a eu un ultimatum pour la livraison : je devais accepter de passer du temps avec cette personne chez moi pour être livrer. Ce fut la goutte de trop. J’ai indiqué que je préférais annuler.
J’ai dit stop car je voulais lui permettre de réaliser cette mission cuisine mais pas porter la charge mentale de cette mission puisqu’il ne s’agissait pas expressément de ma demande, ni d’un besoin précis de ma part.
Alors j’ai cru être comprise et respecté par son retour message, cette personne a compris et s’organisera avec mon compagnon pour la remise, aucune obligation de la recevoir chez moi.
Ouf.Et là mon compagnon m’annonce que ce sera pour mercredi donc demain ils se sont organisé : Schae n’a rien à gérer.
Et aujourd’hui, fin d’après midi je reçois un message de cette personne qui me dit qu’elle va finalement tout préparer sauf une chose et que si je suis d’accord elle vient me les livrer quand c’est fait, aujourd’hui !
J’ai dit non. J’ai dit demain avec mon compagnon. Comme dernièrement prévus.
Parce que ma palette d’émotions étaient pleines, parce que j’en ai vu de toute les couleurs pour cette organisation, parce que je suis #actuallyautisticfr et que les imprévus c’est épuisant et que cette mission avait déjà atteint un niveau de complexité exténuant.
Parce que tout simplement je ne pouvais pas et je ne voulais pas.Puis j’ai appelé Nounou, j’ai craqué, j’ai pleuré, je me sentais nulle et c’était très difficile pour moi alors il m’a rappelé la palette d’émotions que j’avais traversé avec cette personne depuis quelques jours et plus encore, le courage par rapport aux fêtes que j’avais eu à développer pour me protéger, les efforts sociaux que j’avais déployé depuis quelques jours.
Et tout simplement ensemble on a redressé une palette de couleur plus douce, moins dans le jugement, moins à vif et piquante, moins douloureuse, plus bienveillante.Demain, je passerai une soirée avec ma famille plus restreinte, respectueuse, compréhensive envers mes particularités.
Repas simple chacun amène ce qu’il souhaite manger, petit petit comité, un Nounou + une coco + un bibou = une douce bulle .Et c’est cela que je souhaitais vous partager pour cet avant dernier jour de calendrier de l’avent.

En début de mois, j’ai eu une proposition d’une personne de ma famille élargie qui m’a proposé de me préparer des plats de fêtes adapté à mon régime alimentaire, en même temps cette personne m’a indiqué avoir du monde à l’hébergement chez elle pour les fêtes spécifiquement, avoir beaucoup de travail et peu de temps et attendre ma réponse de participation aux festivités avec ces inconnus chez elle.
Sans précision aucune concernant le délai de réponse et ayant reçu une proposition d’un menu qui me générait de l’anxiété dû à ma néophobie alimentaire, j’ai fait une contre proposition la semaine dernière indiquant un choix de date plus souple, des préparations que je sais qu’elle maîtrise, une organisation en dehors de la période d’hébergement pour qu’elle soit moins stressé et moi aussi. J’ai aussi affirmé ma non venue aux fête de Noël.De suite cela lui a semblé compliqué enchaînant alors de long message d’explication cela a commencé à me stresser vraiment beaucoup, j’ai alors indiqué que je préférais tout simplement remettre cela à janvier. Nous avons donc trouver des accords pour Janvier en fin de semaine.
Mon cerveau commençait déjà à saturer. Émotionnellement le ni oui, ni non peut être cela m’use.
Puis il y a eu un ultimatum pour la livraison : je devais accepter de passer du temps avec cette personne chez moi pour être livrer. Ce fut la goutte de trop. J’ai indiqué que je préférais annuler.
J’ai dit stop car je voulais lui permettre de réaliser cette mission cuisine mais pas porter la charge mentale de cette mission puisqu’il ne s’agissait pas expressément de ma demande, ni d’un besoin précis de ma part.
Alors j’ai cru être comprise et respecté par son retour message, cette personne a compris et s’organisera avec mon compagnon pour la remise, aucune obligation de la recevoir chez moi.
Ouf.Et là mon compagnon m’annonce que ce sera pour mercredi donc demain ils se sont organisé : Schae n’a rien à gérer.
Et aujourd’hui, fin d’après midi je reçois un message de cette personne qui me dit qu’elle va finalement tout préparer sauf une chose et que si je suis d’accord elle vient me les livrer quand c’est fait, aujourd’hui !
J’ai dit non. J’ai dit demain avec mon compagnon. Comme dernièrement prévus.
Parce que ma palette d’émotions étaient pleines, parce que j’en ai vu de toute les couleurs pour cette organisation, parce que je suis #actuallyautisticfr et que les imprévus c’est épuisant et que cette mission avait déjà atteint un niveau de complexité exténuant.
Parce que tout simplement je ne pouvais pas et je ne voulais pas.Puis j’ai appelé Nounou, j’ai craqué, j’ai pleuré, je me sentais nulle et c’était très difficile pour moi alors il m’a rappelé la palette d’émotions que j’avais traversé avec cette personne depuis quelques jours et plus encore, le courage par rapport aux fêtes que j’avais eu à développer pour me protéger, les efforts sociaux que j’avais déployé depuis quelques jours.
Et tout simplement ensemble on a redressé une palette de couleur plus douce, moins dans le jugement, moins à vif et piquante, moins douloureuse, plus bienveillante.Demain, je passerai une soirée avec ma famille plus restreinte, respectueuse, compréhensive envers mes particularités.
Repas simple chacun amène ce qu’il souhaite manger, petit petit comité, un Nounou + une coco + un bibou = une douce bulle .Et c’est cela que je souhaitais vous partager pour cet avant dernier jour de calendrier de l’avent.

J’avais très envie de vous partager quelques #photo de cette série qui témoigne d’une expérience en cuisine d’un restaurant de snacking où j’ai eu le droit de m’amuser à tester des dispositions photo pendant la mise en place. Je trouvais les couleurs jolies, les compositions amusantes et je trouve que c’est très ok avec le thème.Pour le partage texte du jour j’aimerai en profiter pour utiliser le principe des palettes de couleurs pour exposer une métaphore de palettes des émotions que l’on peut vivre durant cette période de fêtes.
Lorsque vous passez d’une ambiance réconfortante et enveloppante comme une mayonnaise à une ambiance aigre douce cela peut être soit agréable soit particulièrement désagréable.
