Alright, future engineers!
**Power Rule for Exponents:** To raise a power to another power, you multiply the exponents.
Ex: `(x^a)^b = x^(a*b)`. So, `(x^2)^3 = x^6`.
Pro-Tip: Don't confuse it with `x^a * x^b = x^(a+b)`! Totally different rules!
