At #Expo86 in #Vancouver almost 40 years ago, they had a #maglev #train that went a couple hundred metres. It felt awesome to ride it. And in 39 years there have only been two built in the whole world.
It's time to fix that, hey.

I found a free TV at a garage sale this weekend. Apparently will need some fixing but by gosh if it isn't working great so far. (Bedroom TVs seem to be one of THE quickest ways to try out the acid reflux experience, btw)
I looked around for something to buy so as not to be "that neighbor", and there was an #Expo86 mug--which incidentally, there's a funny hashtag to be using--Anyway I was quite pleased, like, "I went to that event!"
And now I own this mug, as if my childhood-in-residence is nowadays hoping for kitchenware I never would have cared one bit about as a kid... -
