I wrote a small post describing the vibe of a particularly plain 18 minutes of programming I happened to do.

It's informative in that it's not an example of successfully showing off, but still conveys a different feeling to bland programming advice.

  2. I read this interesting essay on how @dziban approaches programming and an exploratory programming tool he's building in Common Lisp.

He explains why exploratory programming in Lisp is the process that best matches his development style, identifies major sources of rigidity of traditional file based environments and languages, and outlines his tool which has similarities with Interlisp's residential environment.

  5. Two days of exploratory programming (actually prose) (and an appendix.) 031/ #100daystooffload #phloggersgarage #gopher

while also being my inaugural two days of #ExploratoryProgramming in #Lisp, prose ranges from #clim commentary to the wistful feeling that the mastodon is in its last days as #veilid waxes.
The appendix is also an interesting real life example of Not Planning.

  6. @lispi314 I'm not a veilid implementor. I made noise about how I was going to play at a second implementation this month, I am now putting into #ExploratoryProgramming in that direction (of course, I didn't review the new version last week properly yet I was sick gimmeabreak).
