Appoint in every district a college of 3 Chief Justices, btwn 30…60yo, they will work out a rotating schedule such that there is always a chief justice available
These (currently 13 circuits, so 39) chief justices will form the pool of judges for the #SCOTUS
Any case appealing to the SCOTUS for review will be accepted if a majority (currently 20) chief justices accepts to review it
When accepted, a random selection of 9 justices from this pool will decide the case.

He is quite progressive. Hard to challenge him from the left.
Where do you land on term limits? I'm against them, I think there are good civil servants.
The real problem is closed primaries, no proportional representation, plus we need a federal law against gerrymandering.
