Problem for me is some olive oils have a strong aroma and taste I don’t like. And get this, it’s hard for me to tell if it’s “too old” or turned rancid because I don’t like the aroma and taste to begin with. I did buy a nice quality olive oil a few years ago and thought it was better. Atlas EVOO. But I’ve only used it maybe once a month for stir fry 18 times now so is it time to throw out? #OliveOil #EVOO $27 bottle! Kept in cupboard 2 years.
