I am so fucking furious and horrified at the state of the world. But that same fury and horror prevents me actually doing anything to help change things (which is super hard for me with my disabilities to start with). Maybe for other people anger is motivating, but for me, with this, it feels so impotent that it just turns into overwhelm and learned helplessness.

Anyone else deal with this? How do you manage it?
