I'm getting really sick of looking at maps of San Francisco for writing purposes and noticing along the way that some restaurant or bar that I loved is now marked "permanently closed".
I know it's the way of things, nothing lasts forever (and particularly not bars and restaurants!). But it still keeps making me sad.
